Scedue is a digitally delivered software-as-a-service product. Nothing is physically shipped and there are no shipping fees. Account access is provided online; paid features are normally activated immediately after successful payment confirmation and no later than 24 hours in ordinary circumstances.
1. Digital product—no physical shipping
Scedue provides access to a hosted web application for content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and analytics. Scedue does not sell or dispatch physical goods through this website. Therefore:
- no courier, postal shipment, tracking number, or shipping address is required;
- no domestic or international shipping charge applies; and
- physical return, replacement, and return-shipping procedures do not apply.
2. Delivery method
Free account or trial access is delivered by creating and authenticating an account at app.scedue.com. A confirmation or authentication email may be required. Paid access is delivered by applying the purchased plan entitlements to the relevant Scedue workspace after the payment processor confirms a successful transaction.
The account dashboard, checkout confirmation, invoice, or transaction email is the delivery record. The subscription service is then delivered continuously over the purchased billing period, subject to maintenance, security controls, these policies, and the availability of the internet and relevant third-party services.
3. Activation timing
- Free account or trial
- Normally immediately after successful account verification.
- Paid subscription
- Normally immediately after confirmed payment and no later than 24 hours in ordinary circumstances.
- Plan change
- An upgrade may apply immediately; a downgrade normally applies at the next renewal, as shown before confirmation.
- Invoice or receipt
- Normally displayed or emailed after a successful transaction, subject to payment-provider processing.
4. Customer requirements
To receive and use the service, a customer needs:
- a supported browser, reliable internet connection, and a valid email address;
- a successfully created Scedue account and authority to use the relevant workspace;
- a successful payment authorisation for paid features; and
- separate eligible accounts and authorisations for any connected social network.
5. Social publishing is a separate third-party action
Scedue attempts an authorised publish at the scheduled time and reports the available status. A network rejection, outage, expired permission, or manual review state does not mean the software subscription itself was undelivered. Users should monitor publishing state and keep time-sensitive backup procedures.
6. If access is not delivered
If a successful payment is shown but paid access is unavailable after 24 hours, email support@scedue.com with the account email, workspace name, payment date, amount, and processor transaction identifier. Do not send full payment credentials.
We will investigate account mapping, payment confirmation, fraud review, and service status. We may activate the correct plan, extend the service period, or approve a refund where the conditions in the Cancellation and Refund Policy are met.
7. Geographic and service availability
The web application may be accessed from supported locations, but payment methods, currencies, taxes, features, social networks, and legal availability can vary by country or account. A customer is responsible for confirming that use is lawful in its location. Scedue may decline or restrict a purchase where required by sanctions, export controls, payment-provider rules, risk controls, or applicable law.
